Marketing automation for busy people
RelevantMark turns your business’s real research and content into ready-to-publish posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, email and blog. Every draft is checked by a QA agent before you approve it, and performance recommendations show, from real clicks, what’s worth changing.
What it does, every week
from your own sources, checks every draft with a QA agent, and publishes only what you approve.
How it works
Four steps. You set things up once; after that, your part is a few minutes of reviewing drafts.
A Google Drive folder, a web page or your blog: research, statistics, product docs. The platform scans them and proposes topics from what’s actually there — not generic filler.
Pick the channels, days, hours, and posts per day. Or let the platform choose for you. Drafts arrive daily or weekly, in your brand’s voice, with a matching visual — from simple cards to carousels.
Tone, requirements, brand consistency and the CTA link are checked on every draft. You edit, approve or reject — and the platform learns from your choices.
Publish now or let Automatic mode do it at the scheduled time. CTA clicks are measured for real, and the re-optimization engine tells you what to change.
See it in action
The screens you will use every week, shown here with sample data.
One screen with what is waiting for your approval, recent reach and the next seven days.
Each draft shows its channel, its text and an automatic check of length, link, tone and sources before you approve.
Go through the queue post by post, with a strip of thumbnails showing what is left.
Every scheduled and published post, day by day, colour-coded by channel.
Generated by the platform
Real cards produced by RelevantMark. The style is suggested automatically — the one used least recently on that channel — and you can switch it with one click.

Features
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, email (content download only) and blog — edited, approved and published from one place. The same topic never lands on two channels on the same day.
16 post formats, including short video scripts and checklists, and visual styles from hero and comparison to quote and carousel — suggested automatically to avoid repetition, always your call.
Every draft is checked before approval, plus a daily check that flags missing CTAs, an empty content library or a failed publish — before they cost you.
Compares CTA click rates, formats and visuals against your own average, recommends what to change, proposes an editorial mix and lets you test changes as experiments. With too little data, it says so instead of guessing.
Research, documents, PDFs, images, blog articles and 2–3 posts written by you as a voice model. It also learns from what you approve and why you reject.
Every post links through a short tracked URL, so clicks are counted for real, per post and per channel — the data behind every recommendation.
Turn a post into a few-second clip with your logo and colours: an animated intro, or a key figure or quote. Download it on any plan; on Pro and Business it can go out as a Reel or video once you approve it.
Connected sentences, no empty slogans or buzzwords. “Improve text” rewrites a post more smoothly — same idea, link and figures — with the previous version one click away. Any post translates between English and Romanian in one click.
Home shows what’s waiting, who you reached in the last 7 days and what’s coming next. Approve on a grid or one post at a time, with a preview of how it looks on the network and what was already checked for you.
Passwordless login with mandatory two-factor authentication, access tokens and keys encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and strict per-account data isolation. Built in from day one, not bolted on later.
Inside the app
Every week, drafts and suggestions land on your board — already written from your sources and already checked by the QA agent. Approve, edit or regenerate with one click.
Illustrative examples. Your drafts are generated from your own website, documents and research.
Every week, on autopilot
The repetitive work, done every week by the platform. You keep the final say.
You stay in control
Choose how often drafts arrive and how much the platform does on its own. Nothing is published without an approval — yours, or the schedule you set.
You review, edit and approve each post, then publish with one click. Rejected drafts are replaced automatically with a new topic.
Approved posts go out on their own, on the days and hours you set per channel. You get an email when drafts are ready and a reminder before the deadline.
Real performance
The Performance screen of an active RelevantMark account, generated automatically, last 14 days:
Real data from an active account, as of the last update of this page. Instagram and Facebook metrics are read automatically every day; LinkedIn and X numbers are entered or imported from screenshots, because those networks don’t offer personal-profile stats through their API.
Pricing
Monthly or annual billing — annual saves 20%. Change plans or cancel anytime from the Billing screen.
Prices exclude VAT. Facebook, Instagram and X connect with your own access keys (a one-time, 15–30 minute setup — no company required). Publishing through the X API is billed by X directly, roughly 1–2 cents per post, and is not included in the plan.
Questions, answered straight
The short version: RelevantMark does the writing, you keep the veto. Every screen, channel requirement and plan limit is described in detail in the platform documentation.
Read the documentationIsn’t this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
ChatGPT gives you a draft and leaves the rest to you: the prompting, editing, formatting, scheduling and publishing. RelevantMark runs the whole loop — topics from your own sources, drafts in your voice, a QA check, the visual, publishing on your schedule and real click tracking. You don’t operate it; you approve it.
What is RelevantMark?
A platform that automates B2B marketing content: from real information about your business, services or products to ready-to-publish posts on several channels, at a frequency you set — with manual approval or fully automatic publishing.
How much of my time does it take?
A few minutes of reviewing drafts. In daily mode, tomorrow’s posts are generated at 16:00; in weekly mode, the whole next week is generated on Friday at 09:00, so you can review it in one sitting. With Automatic mode (Pro and Business), approved posts go out on their own.
Who writes the content — you or the platform?
The platform generates it from the sources you connect (research, product or service documentation, your blog) and from your “About your business” answers and voice settings. You review each draft, edit it if you want, and approve it at your own pace — daily or weekly.
Can I edit before anything is published?
Yes. Every draft goes through the Approval screen, where you can edit the text, pick the CTA link and change the visual (style, background, image). You can also send an approved draft back for review, or reschedule it.
Which channels are supported?
LinkedIn (personal profile), Facebook Pages, Instagram (Business or Creator account linked to your Page), X, Email and Blog (WordPress). Email content is exported as HTML for your own email tool, and the blog is set up together with our team. How many channels you can run at once depends on your plan.
Can RelevantMark make videos?
Yes, short ones: an animated intro, a figure / quote clip or an animated carousel made from your carousel slides, with your logo and colours, in 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1. On every plan you can download them; on Pro and Business they can be published automatically as a Reel or video after you approve, with the cover you choose on Instagram. No avatars, no voice-over.
What do I need to connect Facebook, Instagram or X?
Your own access keys, created once in your Meta or X developer account — about 15–30 minutes per platform, no company required, and the documentation walks you through every click. LinkedIn connects in one click. X charges for API publishing (roughly 1–2 cents per post), paid directly from your X developer account.
Which languages does it write in?
English or Romanian, on every plan, in the tone of voice you configure: overall tone, perspective, hook style, sentence length, how you address the reader, hashtags and emoji — plus 2–3 of your own posts as a voice model. Any pending post can also be translated from its card, image text included.
How does the platform know what’s working?
Every click on a CTA link is measured for real. On Pro and Business, performance recommendations compare CTA click rates, formats and visuals against your own average and suggest specific changes and experiments. When there isn’t enough data yet, it says “insufficient data” instead of guessing.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades charge only the prorated difference for the rest of the period; downgrades turn the unused part into credit for your next invoices. If you cancel, access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is my data secure?
Login is passwordless (an email link) plus mandatory two-factor authentication. Access tokens, Meta and X keys and authentication secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, every account sees only its own data, and you can delete your account and all its data at any time.
Do I need a technical team to get started?
No. You choose a plan, pay securely through Stripe and your account is ready. A guided setup takes you through connecting channels, adding sources and setting your brand — then the platform handles generation, checks and publishing.
