Terms and conditions of use
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Who provides the service
RelevantMark is an online marketing automation platform operated by RELEVANT COACHING & CONSULTING SRL, Romanian company ID (CUI) 43666720, registered office at Strada Jepilor nr. 4, Bl. A7, Sc. A, Ap. 12, 500256 Brașov, Brașov County, Romania (“we”). By using the platform, you accept these terms.
2. Your account
- Your account is created after you pay for a subscription. The email address used at checkout becomes your login address.
- You log in with an email link and two-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and to your authenticator app secure.
- The details you enter (company, name) must be accurate. One account corresponds to one company or professional activity.
3. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business) are paid monthly or annually, in advance, through Stripe. Prices on the plans page exclude VAT, which is added as required by law.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- You can change your plan from Billing → Change plan. The difference is prorated: when moving to a higher plan you pay the difference for the remaining period now; when moving to a lower plan, the unused part becomes credit for your next invoices.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are granted according to our Refund Policy.
- If a payment fails, access to the platform is restricted until the payment method is updated; the Billing screen always remains accessible.
4. Connecting social networks
- You connect LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X through the authorization each network provides. RelevantMark publishes only to the accounts and Pages you have authorized.
- Facebook, Instagram and X are connected with your own access keys, created in your Meta or X account. Publishing to X through its API is charged by X; these costs are yours and are not included in the subscription.
- Your use of each network remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, suspensions or outages decided by LinkedIn, Meta or X.
5. AI-generated content
- Texts and visuals are generated automatically, based on your sources and settings. They may contain errors, unsuitable wording or statements that need to be checked.
- You are responsible for everything you publish. In Manual mode, you review and approve every post. In Automatic mode, you set the schedule and accept that approved posts are published without further confirmation.
- We do not guarantee marketing results (reach, customers, sales).
6. Your content
- The materials you add and the posts created remain yours. You grant us the right to process them strictly as needed to provide the service.
- You warrant that you have the right to use the sources, texts, logos and images you add.
- Photos from Pexels and Unsplash are used under those sites’ licenses. The license covers the image, not the recognizable people in it: avoid associating them with a message they would not endorse.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use RelevantMark for spam, or for content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory or infringes the rights of others, nor to try to bypass your plan’s limits, access other accounts’ data or overload the platform. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform running continuously, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions (maintenance, incidents at our providers or at the social networks). We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces the service you pay for, we will notify you in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months and does not cover indirect damages (lost profits, loss of customers or data loss caused by third parties). These limits do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
10. Termination
You can stop using the platform at any time: cancel your subscription or delete your account (see the Data deletion tab). We may stop providing the service to an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice, except in serious cases.
11. Personal data
How we process your data is described in the Privacy tab (Privacy Policy).
12. Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email at least 15 days before any significant change. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing an agreement, by the competent courts at our registered office, except where the law gives you the right to choose another court.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the RelevantMark platform (app.relevantmark.com and go.relevantmark.com), why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
The data controller is RELEVANT COACHING & CONSULTING SRL, company ID (CUI) 43666720, registered office at Strada Jepilor nr. 4, Bl. A7, Sc. A, Ap. 12, 500256 Brașov, Brașov County, Romania. For any question about your data, write to privacy@relevantcoaching.ro or call +40 741 272 014. The data protection contact person is Constantin Filote.
2. What data we process
- Your account: email address, name, company name, account identifier and your role in the account.
- Authentication: the two-factor authentication secret (encrypted), active sessions and the history of login links used.
- Payment: the plan chosen, the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status. Card details, billing address and the name on the invoice are collected directly by Stripe; we do not see or store card details.
- Network connections: when you connect LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X, we receive access tokens and the account or Page identifier from them. If you use your own Meta or X keys, we also store their ID and secret. All of these are encrypted. We never see your account passwords.
- Your content: brand settings, logo, CTA links, content sources (links to Google Drive folders or web pages and the text extracted from them), the content library, generated and edited posts, images chosen or uploaded, rendered visuals.
- Post results: metrics read from Meta or entered by you, including from the LinkedIn screenshots you upload. Clicks on short CTA links (go.relevantmark.com) are counted anonymously: we do not record the IP address or any other data about the person who clicks.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- Creating and managing your account, generating and publishing content at your request — performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Invoicing and accounting records — legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Account security (two-factor authentication, blocking repeated attempts) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Service emails: login links, payment confirmations, reminders about a started but unfinished payment, alerts about your publishing schedule — performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not take decisions with legal effect based solely on automated processing. Content is generated with the help of artificial intelligence, but every post is approved by you or published according to the schedule you set.
4. Who we share data with
We work with providers that process data on our behalf, strictly for running the platform:- Cloudflare — hosting the application, the database, image storage, rendering visuals.
- Anthropic — generating texts and extracting topics and metrics (receives the content needed for each generation).
- Stripe — payments, invoices, subscriptions.
- Resend — sending service emails.
- Google (Drive API, Google Fonts) — reading the Drive folders you add as sources; interface fonts.
- Pexels, Unsplash — photo search; Unsplash photos are loaded directly from Unsplash’s servers.
LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and X receive the content you choose to publish, through the connections you authorize. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (particularly in the USA). Transfers are based on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR: standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Data in your content
The materials you add (sources, texts, images) may contain personal data of other people, such as names or photos. For this data you are the controller, and we process it only to provide the service, according to your instructions. It is your responsibility to have the right to use it.
6. How long we keep data
- While your account is active we keep your account data and your content.
- When you delete your account (Billing → Delete account), all account data is deleted immediately from the active database: posts, sources, content library, connections, keys, settings, members. See the Data deletion tab.
- Database backups are kept for at most 90 days, then deleted.
- Temporary data: expired sessions, unused login codes and the data of a started but unfinished payment are deleted automatically, after 30 days at the latest.
- Invoices issued through Stripe are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, including after your account is deleted.
7. How we protect data
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) everywhere.
- Passwordless login (email link) plus mandatory two-factor authentication.
- Access tokens, Meta and X keys and authentication secrets are encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- Secure session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure), revoked on logout.
- Each account sees only its own data.
8. Cookies and browser storage
In the RelevantMark application we use a single, strictly necessary cookie: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. In the browser we also store two technical items: the display mode chosen in Approval (list or cards) and, temporarily, the email entered at login. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
On this website (relevantmark.com), cookie preferences are managed through the cookie banner; you can change them at any time from the cookie settings icon.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Many of them you can exercise directly in the application (edit your settings, delete your account); for the others, write to privacy@relevantcoaching.ro and we will reply within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
10. Minors
RelevantMark is intended for companies and professionals. We do not address people under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy significantly, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
Data deletion
Last updated: September 25, 2026
You can delete all your data from RelevantMark at any time, including the data received by connecting your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X accounts.
Deleting your account completely
- Log in to RelevantMark and open Billing.
- In the Attention! section, click Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word ȘTERGE (Romanian for “delete”) and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. The following are removed: the account and its members, posts (generated, approved and published), sources and the content library, network connections and your Meta and X keys, brand settings, logo, uploaded images and rendered visuals. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled automatically, immediately.
Posts already published on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X remain on those platforms — delete them there, from your own account.
Disconnecting a single network
If you want to keep your RelevantMark account but withdraw access to a network, you can revoke it directly from that network’s settings:- Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Security and login → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) → remove the app used for RelevantMark.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → remove RelevantMark.
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → revoke access.
After revoking, RelevantMark can no longer publish to that account, and any remaining access data becomes unusable. We delete it completely together with your RelevantMark account, or on request.
What we keep after deletion
- Invoices issued through Stripe, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Database backups, for at most 90 days, after which they are deleted.
Deletion on request
If you no longer have access to your account or want us to delete only certain data, write to privacy@relevantcoaching.ro from your account’s email address. We confirm the request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within one month at the latest.
